What you are looking at
A fair amount of this gallery is ductwork, and that is deliberate. Ducting is the part of an HVAC system that nobody photographs for a brochure and almost nobody inspects before signing a quote - and it is where the difference between a system that works and one that disappoints is actually decided.
Look at the duct runs in these photographs: rigid spiral and rectangular sections rather than long sagging flexible duct, transitions fabricated to the actual opening, supports set out on a regular rhythm, and joints that are sealed rather than taped and hoped for.
The same applies to the outdoor units. Level brackets, straight trunking, pipework routed deliberately rather than taking the shortest line across a frontage. None of that shows up in a quote. All of it shows up for the next fifteen years.
